Born in 1961 in Premantura, he studied at the Art High School in Pula and graduated in Painting from the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb. He collaborated with Edo Murtić and co-founded HDLU Pula (later HDLU Istria) in 1987.
With a rich artistic career, he worked as a professor at the School of Applied Arts and Design in Pula and founded the Art Organization Robot in 2013. His works have been featured in over 120 solo exhibitions in renowned galleries and museums both in Croatia and internationally, earning recognition in the Art Lexicon of the Miroslav Krleža Lexicographic Institute.
The artistic contribution to the hotel's interior refers to the large-format painting of the roman, noted for its vivid and bright colours, a triptych intended for the decoration of the foyer and a series of antiquity-inspired ceramic vases and plates. The motifs and colours of the artwork are inspired by the heritage, the mediterranean atmosphere, and the artistic ambience of the hotel.
