The roofs of the hotel are designed as a special sea, Adriatic story - the play of schools of sea-colored fish in sea grass, created with more than 2,000 sedums.
The existing, preserved environment has been enriched by the additional planting of new evergreen, deciduous, flowering autochthonous and characteristic Mediterranean plants. More than 90 new trees, shrubs and palm trees and more than 20,000 new shrubs, perennials, ground covers and climbers were planted on green areas in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, and the environment of other, more distant areas was returned to its original state after the works. With new plants, in the existing environment, lush and luxurious plantations with the characteristic colors and smells of Istria were created.
